Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving both proactive customer success and reactive customer support. You'll focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, service, retention, and growth for our innovative B2B SaaS solutions.
You will lead customer onboarding, manage customer service and success teams, and ensure that our clients receive maximum value from our solutions. This role requires someone who can balance both customer success initiatives and responsive service functions, combining them into one unified approach.
